About the Opportunity
Our client is a boutique advisory and professional services firm focused on providing strategy, operations, and technology consulting for hedge funds, private equity funds, banks, family offices, and asset managers. They are backed by one of the largest PE funds in the world and are expanding on all fronts. The team here is growing quickly, and they have about 100 employees at the moment. The Senior Consultant is going to work on a project-by-project basis like a consultant on various different technology issues (data mining, data migration, system implementations, data analysis, etc.)
The annual base salary range is $75,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

- Ability to stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business
- Project Management Frameworks i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
- Ability to think through complex problems and effectively communicate problems and potential solutions to the client and colleagues
- Ability to understand and elicit requirements from client stakeholders through interviews or working sessions
- Constant development of your understanding of current market trends and processes, and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
- Understanding of our clients’ unique ambitions and needs and the ability to refer them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible
- Understanding of the tools, processes and applications used by Private Markets firms and their clients
- Passion for teaching our clients new methods and ways of working
- Strong communication skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities in a client’s operating model to execute more effectively
Job Requirements
- 1-5 Years of Finance, Analytics, or Accounting Experience from a consulting firm or CPA firm
- Experience supporting project execution and guiding clients through complex technology transformation initiatives
- Experience in constructing client deliverables including Target Operating Models, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Process Flows, Functional Capability Matrix, Project Plans / Roadmaps, Data Dictionaries, IT Architecture Design, Data Flow Diagrams
- Experience defining, communicating and tracking metrics for success (OKRs and KPIs)
- Experience in data analysis, financial analysis constructing analytical models based on historical and projected data.
