About the Opportunity:
The Non-Invasive Cardiologist (Hospitalist role) at our facility provides comprehensive cardiovascular care to adult patients. Responsibilities include reading Echo, Cardiac Nuclear, TEE, and performing Cardioversion. This position requires both inpatient and outpatient coverage with a primary focus on hospital-based support. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $204.43 to $241.60 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting cardiovascular assessments, including reading Echo, Cardiac Nuclear, and TEE.
- Providing care through cardiovascular services such as Cardioversion.
- Collaborating with ARNPs and general cardiologists to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, particularly with STEMI admissions and follow-up rounds.
- Staying informed on the latest cardiovascular research and practice methodologies.
Job Requirements:
- Must be licensed to read Echo, Cardiac Nuclear, TEE, and perform Cardioversion.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Experience with cardiac nuclear medicine needed, although Nuclear Board Certification is not necessary.
- Must have a WA license and DEA, or be eligible under IMLC or non-licensed as of 2/24/26.
- Familiarity and experience with EPIC EMR system.
