About the Opportunity:
The Physician in Emergency Medicine at the New Braunfels FSED provides expert emergency medical care to patients. This full-time contract position requires making quick decisions to stabilize patients, diagnosing and managing various acute health conditions, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and efficient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $182.88 to $216.13 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct emergency assessments and create care plans.
- Provide immediate treatment and stabilization of patients in critical condition.

- Stay informed on advancements in emergency medicine practices.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification or degree in Emergency Medicine.
- ABEM certification (please provide documentation).
