About the Opportunity:
Provide physical therapy services to patients as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a part-time contract position. Collaborate with physiotherapists to execute treatment plans that enhance patients' mobility and physical functionality. Help in the rehabilitation of patients by administering therapeutic exercises and utilizing various equipment to improve their physical condition. Perform duties with steadfast adherence to treatment protocols and safety guidelines.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.40 to $57.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical assessments and assist in creating care plans.
- Provide various types of physical therapy treatments and patient education.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
