About the Opportunity:
This position involves providing physical therapy services to patients, ensuring they receive personalized and effective care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting physical assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Providing therapeutic interventions and patient education.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes.
- Staying informed on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Preferred experience in a rehabilitation setting.
