About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Rutland, VT, where you provide essential care to patients, assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $12.93 to $15.28 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and support care plans.
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and observations.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Own transportation important for commuting.
