About the Opportunity:
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to patients in a clinical setting. Assess and address communication and swallowing disorders, while developing individualized care plans for each patient. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $46.75 to $55.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide therapy to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress effectively.
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- State licensure for speech-language pathology practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
