About the Opportunity:
In this opportunity, Occupational Therapists provide specialized care to patients at Belen Meadows Health. This is a full-time contract position where therapists conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and work towards improving patients' ability to perform daily activities. By integrating therapeutic strategies, occupational therapists assist patients in achieving their rehab goals efficiently.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $48.40 to $57.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide various therapeutic exercises and education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify plans as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest practices in occupational therapy and patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
