About the Opportunity:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a supportive and dynamic environment. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.75 to $42.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans for patients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients on managing their conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification or degree in Occupational Therapy or as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum years of experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
