About the Opportunity:
This RN Infusion position focuses on delivering specialized care to patients receiving IV therapies and medications. The role includes assessing patients, administering chemotherapy and other infusions, and supporting patients with oncology and non-oncology diagnoses such as neurologic disorders and organ transplant needs. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $51.70 to $61.10 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide chemotherapy and other infusion therapies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment response.
- Stay informed on the latest practices in infusion nursing and oncology care.
Job Requirements:
- Current CA RN License.
- AHA BLS Certification.
- CHEMO Certification (ONS/ONCC).
- 2 years of experience in an Infusion Center setting.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Preferred OCN Certification and experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
