About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide high-quality care to patients in the Rutland, VT area. This full-time contract position requires a commitment to working every weekend.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $27.50 to $32.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and assist with treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes accurately.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing care and therapy techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license from the state of Vermont.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Ability to work weekends as required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must have own transportation.
