About the Opportunity:

The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.61 to $29.09 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitoring.

Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license.
