About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time contract position focused on delivering high-quality services to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $27.09 to $32.01 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic care and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
- Stay informed on the latest practices in rehabilitation care.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
