About the Opportunity:
We present an exciting contract opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive care and rehabilitation services to patients at a healthcare facility in Arlington, MA. This full-time position focuses on enhancing patient well-being and functional capabilities through tailored occupational therapy interventions.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $46.75 to $55.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment course.
- Stay informed on current occupational therapy practices and research.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
