About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a hospital setting. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for this position is $24.06 to $28.44 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and specific types of therapy as prescribed.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
