About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Deliver care plans and ensure patient comfort and welfare. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $29.56 to $34.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on best practices and regulations in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
