About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
