About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing essential care services to patients at a healthcare facility in Rio Rancho, NM. CNAs assist patients with daily activities, ensure a safe and clean environment, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $13.06 to $15.44 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine checks on patients and monitoring their vital signs.
- Assisting patients with mobility and daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
