About the Opportunity:
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing comprehensive care to patients in Rio Rancho, NM. This is a full-time contract position requiring expertise in both skilled and long-term care settings. Your role includes working the skilled hall on Mondays and Wednesdays, and in long-term care on Thursdays. A strong focus on communication and proficiency in Point of Care (POC), PCC, MAR, and TAR systems is essential. The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.81 to $31.69 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients.
