About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create care plans per physician orders and referrals.
- Provide therapy and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
