About the Opportunity:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Orono Commons, provide high-quality patient care to residents, including conducting assessments, administering medications, and updating care plans. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.95 to $57.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Maine.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements.
