About the Opportunity:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech therapy services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to improve patient outcomes. The SLP position requires floating between Boonville and Columbia, ensuring patients in both locations receive optimal care. This is a full-time contract position with guaranteed 32 hours.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide targeted therapy to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary.
