About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing direct patient care to assist with activities of daily living. The role includes supporting nursing staff in delivering quality care to residents. Every other weekend is required.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $17.74 to $20.96 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and help in creating care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Stay informed on best practices in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Current CNA certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
