About the Opportunity:
This contract position involves providing direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to patients in an acute care setting. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting the healthcare team in maintaining a therapeutic environment. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $13.48 to $15.93 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of patient areas.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
