About the Opportunity:
We seek an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized therapy services to patients at Casa Dorinda. This part-time contract position involves assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and enhancing the overall quality of life for patients through targeted interventions.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating client-specific care plans.
- Providing therapeutic interventions to improve patient functional outcomes.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.
- Staying informed on the latest research and practice in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Current occupational therapy license in the state of California.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an acute or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
