About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading alternative investment platform, is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate to support their growing investor relations function in New York City. This position offers hands-on responsibility supporting relationship management, marketing materials, CRM oversight, and day-to-day collaboration with investment teams. The firm’s environment values initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
The annual base salary range is $85,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the investor relations process, including CRM updates, marketing materials, and confidential correspondence
- Coordinate calendaring and scheduling for investor meetings and events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals, to ensure effective communication and delivery of information
- Maintain up-to-date investor contacts and relationship data in the firm’s CRM
- Prepare and update investor presentations and reporting materials
- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within limited partner or investor relations in asset management/private markets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to anticipate needs
