About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected, highly specialized women’s health practice in Upper Manhattan, is growing its team! We’re partnering with them to find a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who’s passionate about patient relationships and eager to build specialized expertise in endometriosis and complex gynecologic care, including surgical exposure at a leading NYC hospital.
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient evaluation, follow-up care, and ongoing management for endometriosis and other gynecologic conditions
- Guide and educate patients and families throughout their treatment and surgical journey
- Partner with physicians and the clinical team on personalized treatment planning
- Support patients through preoperative and postoperative phases
- Participate in hospital rounding and shared weekend coverage
- Optionally assist in gynecologic surgical procedures
- Handle clinical documentation and ensure seamless continuity of care
Surgical Involvement (Optional)
- Not required, but available for interested candidates
- PAs may participate directly in the OR
- NPs need RNFA certification for surgical participation
- Candidates focused solely on outpatient work are just as welcome
Job Requirements
- NP or PA license (or license-eligible) in New York
- NP specialties: FNP, WHNP, or AGNP
- OB/GYN or women’s health experience preferred
- General surgery or other surgical background also a strong match
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience welcome!
- New grads with genuine interest in women’s health and surgical care encouraged to apply
