About the Opportunity:
This contract position seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care and support services to patients. The role requires flexibility to work during day shifts, specifically from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, totaling 32 hours a week. Other shifts and times may be available, offering additional flexibility.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $15.13 to $17.88 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care such as hygiene assistance and feeding.
- Assist in mobility and transfer of patients.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
