About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to restore patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs according to practice acts.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
