About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing specialized rehabilitation nursing care to patients. The role includes collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, offering education and support to patients and their families, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for recovery.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.03 to $29.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide education and resources about rehab processes and recovery to patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on current practices in rehabilitation nursing.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license and relevant rehabilitation certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
