About the Opportunity:
We have a contract opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for providing essential care to patients in a supportive environment. In this role, CNAs assist with personal care, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to overall patient comfort and well-being. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $15.95 to $18.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and valid certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
