About the Opportunity:
The Supply Chain Associate provides essential support in the transportation and logistics sectors, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain within a hospital setting. This full-time contract position involves organizing and maintaining supply carts, handling medical supplies in accordance with the 2-Bin system, and collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with a rotating schedule every other weekend.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $18.15 to $21.45 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the 2-Bin Team Lead in all aspects of the 2-bin project, including meeting with clinical clients and supporting hardware inventory.
- Assist in placing medical supplies into bins according to the 2-Bin system and accurately label bins and carts.
- Transport supply carts to designated areas within the hospital system as needed.
- Organize and maintain supply carts to meet department standards.
- Collaborate with the 2-bin and supply chain leadership teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Follow all hospital safety and health protocols while handling supplies.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of supply chain experience.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Experience in inventory, logistics, or healthcare is a plus.
