About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position as an LPN provides essential nursing care to patients while working closely with healthcare professionals to support patient health. The role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.30 to $39.36 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating care plans.
- Providing medication administration and education.
- Collaborating with RNs and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Staying informed on current nursing practices.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license.
- Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting.
