About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing quality care and assistance to patients. LPNs play a vital role in delivering patient care, supporting the healthcare team, and ensuring a safe environment. They contribute to patient management, medication administration, and health monitoring. Weekend rotation is required at Cedar Ridge.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.41 to $39.49 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in the creation of care plans.
- Provide basic nursing care and treatments as directed.
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on nursing best practices and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
