About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract opportunity involves providing comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients. Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating individualized care plans, and assisting patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $52.25 to $61.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
- Provide therapy tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care efforts.
- Monitor and document patient progress effectively and accurately.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
