About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. This position involves direct patient care, medication administration, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. This is a full-time contract position with a two-week schedule rotation of 2 days one week and 4 days the next.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.05 to $33.15 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and contributing to care plans.
- Providing medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborating with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and changes.
- Staying informed on relevant nursing practices and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
- Point-Click-Care experience required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Traveler must reside within 100 miles of the facility.
