About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare company that is looking to hire a Compensation Manager to join their Total Rewards team. This position can sit remotely in the US but must work East Coast hours. The role offers a lot of autonomy and is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to work with world class professionals and a proven executive leadership team in the healthcare space.
The annual base salary for this role is $100,000-$150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of total reward programs including compensation, health and welfare and retirement plans.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure deliverables/SLAs are met in a timely fashion.
- Have a positive, participative, and proactive management style
- Experience evaluating, designing, and reviewing Executive Compensation programs
- Provide strategic guidance to all key stakeholders on the execution, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies to help attract, retain, and motivate employees
Job Requirements
- Must have experience building out the compensation function
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Extensive In-depth knowledge of total reward programs/best practices
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
