About the Opportunity
Our client is currently looking for a warm, motivated Physical Therapist to join their well-established, multi-specialty orthopedic practice serving communities around the Cranford, NJ area. If you love helping people move better and live better, we’d love to meet you!
The annual base salary range is $85,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with physicians, physiatrists, and other clinicians to deliver truly comprehensive patient care
- Build individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and abilities
- Track patient progress over time and fine-tune care plans as recovery evolves
- Guide patients and their families through home exercise programs and long-term treatment education
- Keep clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Apply hands-on therapeutic techniques and modalities to speed recovery and reduce pain
- Perform detailed evaluations of new patients’ mobility, strength, and functional limitations
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent advanced PT degree from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted New Jersey PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- A genuine passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a caseload independently
