About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic and spine practice in Middlesex County, NJ. This is a 100% clinic-based role, perfect for providers who want to dedicate their time to patient evaluation, diagnosis, and long-term care without operating room responsibilities.
The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients through detailed histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage a variety of musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure continuity and progress
- Order and interpret imaging, labs, and other diagnostic studies
- Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as needed
- Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
Job Requirements
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience in orthopedics, spine, or related specialty preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient setting
