About the Opportunity:
This contract Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role involves providing essential care services to patients at Bennington Care Center. CNAs assist with daily living activities, ensure patient comfort, and maintain hygiene. This is a part-time contract position, with weekend shifts required as needed by the facility.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.20 to $28.60 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide support and comfort to patients by fulfilling their needs.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to nursing staff.
Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
