About the Opportunity:
Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a supportive healthcare environment. Perform a variety of tasks to ensure patient safety and comfort, working collaboratively within the healthcare team. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $27.09 to $32.01 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Document and monitor patient progress.
- Provide nursing care, including medication administration and wound dressing.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to plan care strategies.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital or clinical settings.
- Proficiency in patient care and medical terminology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
