About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is a full-time contract position dedicated to ensuring quality patient outcomes and satisfaction in Bloomfield, NM.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $29.56 to $34.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and provide patient education on prescribed therapies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to supervisory staff.
- Stay informed on the latest nursing practices and patient care guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
