About the Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Santa Fe, NM, seeking to provide essential care to patients in a full-time contract position. CNAs perform critical tasks such as monitoring patients’ conditions, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring that patients feel comfortable and safe.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $13.89 to $16.41 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and support comprehensive care plans.
- Provide assistance with mobility, bathing, and hygiene tasks.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on the best practices for patient care and safety.
Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
