About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is a full-time contract position where you administer medications, assist with patient care plans, and monitor patient health. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $31.35 to $37.05 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients.
- Provide medication administration and healthcare education to patients.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on current educational practices and research relevant to long-term care.
Job Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
