About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Albuquerque, NM. The LPN provides direct patient care, administers medications, and assists in the development of patient care plans. The role includes maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with registered nurses and physicians, and supporting patients' daily care needs.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.81 to $31.69 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and participate in creating care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
