About the Opportunity:
As an LPN in this contract position, you provide essential patient care services, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and recovery. Collaborating closely with the healthcare team, you ensure that patient care plans are followed accurately in a supportive and efficient manner in this full-time contract role.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.03 to $29.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and contributing to care plans.
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and tracking vital signs.
- Collaborating with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
