About the Opportunity:
This position involves providing direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and updating records. You conduct patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $21.59 to $25.51 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
- Provide medication administration and health education.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Alabama.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
