About the Opportunity:
Join us as a Nurse Educator in a part-time contract position, providing exceptional care and education to patients in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on enhancing nursing practice through education, supporting staff development, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.95 to $57.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient and staff progress.
- Stay informed on the latest nursing practices and research.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license required.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse Nurse Practitioner Educator (RNNPE) in long-term care required.
- Proficiency in PCC (PointClickCare) systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
