About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.25 to $48.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans according to physician orders and referrals.
- Provide occupational therapy intervention to enhance independence in daily living skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise COTAs according to practice acts and facility policies.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license or ability to obtain.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
