About the Opportunity:
Medical Assistants provide essential support to healthcare teams, conducting tasks such as EKG, lab work, and managing patient records using EPIC. This role requires customer service experience and is a full-time contract position with a Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm schedule.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.95 to $31.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct EKGs and lab work accurately and efficiently.
- Manage patient information using EPIC charting system.
- Provide exceptional customer service in patient interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- BLS certification.
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program.
- Preferred: Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA-CMA, AMT-RMA).
- Preferred: One or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
