About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Assume responsibility for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.25 to $48.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Provide therapy services per physician orders and referrals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants per practice acts and facility policies.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
